1 How We Count Your 300 Free Transactions:
For the Free Business Checking account, Bank of Utah limits paper-based activity to 300 items per month. The following count toward your limit. After 300 paper-based items, a fee of $0.50 per item applies.
- Checks: Any paper check you write or a check printed for you at a branch.
- In-person withdrawals: Any withdrawal made with a teller at a branch.
- Bank of Utah checks: Any check you cash or deposit that was originally written by another Bank of Utah client.
What is unlimited? Anything digital or electronic, including debit card swipes, ACH transfers, direct deposits and ATM transactions (both withdrawals and deposits), is always free and does not count toward your limit.
