The Pinnacle Business Card currently has no annual fee. Other applicable fees, such as for cash advances or late payments, will be clearly disclosed in your cardholder agreement at account opening.

We review each application individually and consider factors such as creditworthiness and business financial information. This helps us establish a credit line that aligns with your business capacity. Interest is calculated daily on any balance you carry, and full account terms will be outlined in your cardholder agreement.

Yes. You can request employee cards, set individual spending limits and monitor activity through our credit card app.

Use the mobile app to view transactions, set alerts, lock/unlock cards and export spending reports. You can also receive real-time transaction notifications via the app.

You can pay your balance online, in the mobile app, by mail or at any Bank of Utah branch.

The Pinnacle Business Card currently supports Apple Pay® for secure, contactless purchases.

Bank of Utah extends Visa Zero Liability Protection to eligible business cardholders for unauthorized transactions, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your cardholder agreement. Cardholders are responsible for promptly reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity.

If you see an unauthorized or incorrect charge, report it immediately in the mobile app or call customer service. We'll investigate and, if appropriate, provisionally credit your account while we review the transaction.

We may be able to adjust your payment due date to better align with your business cash flow. Contact our card services team to discuss available options.

Bank of Utah reports account activity to credit bureaus consistent with industry practices. For questions about how balances or payments may affect credit, contact our card services team or see your cardholder agreement.

To make the application process as smooth as possible, we recommend having your basic business and financial details on hand. This typically includes:

  • Business name, address and legal structure
  • Tax ID (EIN) or SSN, depending on your business type
  • Annual revenue and estimated monthly expenses
  • Identifying information for all owners or authorized officers
