Changes to Where You Log In
Bank of Utah is transitioning to its own credit card program in June 2026. For many years, we have partnered with Elan Financial Services to issue our credit cards and manage account access. While this partnership concludes on June 9, 2026, your credit card account itself is not changing — only the way you log in and make payments.
Beginning June 10, 2026, you will no longer be able to log in to your Elan account through the Bank of Utah website or make credit card payments at our branches. You will manage your account and payments directly through Elan.
Does this apply to you?
You are an Elan credit cardholder if:
- The back of your credit card lists Elan Financial Services as the issuer.
- You manage your card online through the myaccountaccess.com portal.
What to Expect
1. Online access
Beginning June 10, 2026, the credit card login will no longer be available on the Bank of Utah website.
2. Making a payment
Beginning June 10, 2026, payments can no longer be processed through the Bank of Utah website or at our branches. If you are unable to pay through the online portal, please call the customer service number on the back of your card.
3. Your physical card
You will continue to use your current credit card. You will only receive a new card from Elan when your current card expires or if it needs to be replaced.
