Bank of Utah is honored to be a 2025 participant in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund, a matching grant program that strengthens the work of community banks and the nonprofits they support. Through this meaningful partnership, Bank of Utah helped bring more than $200,000 in funding to 30 local organizations — more than any other participating financial institution in this year’s program.

The Member Impact Fund is an initiative of FHLB Des Moines, part of the Federal Home Loan Bank System — a government-sponsored enterprise that provides reliable funding to financial institutions to support housing, economic development, and community investment across the country.

These grants are helping to create lasting, positive change across Utah. From youth development and food security to affordable housing and access to the arts, the funded projects are improving lives in communities where Utahns live, work and grow.

This effort reflects Bank of Utah’s deep commitment to supporting the people and organizations making a difference locally. The Member Impact Fund is a powerful example of how financial institutions and nonprofits can come together to multiply impact and build stronger, more connected communities.
