As part of the 2025 Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund, Bank of Utah helped secure more than $200,000 in grant funding for 30 nonprofit organizations — more than any other financial institution in the program. These grants are helping local organizations throughout Utah create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Representatives from Rocky Mountain Community Reinvestment Corporation celebrate a 2025 Member Impact Fund grant supporting affordable housing work across Utah.
Rocky Mountain Community Reinvestment Corporation (RMCRC)
RMCRC is a nonprofit CDFI based in Salt Lake City that focuses on permanent debt financing for affordable multifamily housing developments. The organization partners with banks and developers to increase and preserve access to safe, clean and affordable housing throughout Utah.
Bank of Utah supports RMCRC through annual credit commitments and employee participation on governing committees. This partnership plays a key role in financing long-term housing solutions that serve communities statewide.
Funding from the 2025 Member Impact Fund will help offset costs related to conference attendance and sponsorships, allowing RMCRC to grow its network and build more housing partnerships. The grant will also support the hiring of one to two full-time employees, helping the organization expand its capacity and reach.
