Empowering Youth: A 2025 Member Impact Grant Story

 

As part of the 2025 Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund, Bank of Utah helped secure more than $200,000 in grant funding for 30 nonprofit organizations — more than any other financial institution in the program. These grants are helping local organizations throughout Utah create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Empowering Youth: A 2025 Member Impact Grant Story

Youth Impact provides academic support, mentorship and life skills training to at-risk youth in Ogden. With more than 200 students enrolled and 110 attending daily, the organization offers critical afterschool services in a safe, supportive environment. Bank of Utah has been a proud partner since Youth Impact’s earliest days, offering both financial and volunteer support.

The 2025 Member Impact Fund grant will help sustain tutoring, study hall and career readiness programs — ensuring underserved students have the tools and encouragement they need to grow, succeed and give back to their community.
