As part of the 2025 Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund, Bank of Utah helped secure more than $200,000 in grant funding for 30 nonprofit organizations — more than any other financial institution in the program. These grants are helping local organizations throughout Utah create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Expanding Access: A 2025 Member Impact Grant Story
Utah Neighborhood Connection (UNC) serves families and children in Northern Ogden — a community classified as a food and book desert. Through Free Grocery Events and After-School Programming, UNC provides essential resources and academic enrichment to those in need. Bank of Utah supports their efforts through financial contributions and volunteer service.
Funds will provide food, educational tools and a safe environment for the 1,200+ families and 50–60 students served annually. The grant helps expand access and ensure more children and families have the support they need to succeed.
