OGDEN, Dec. 2025 — Embracing the holiday spirit, Bank of Utah participated in Ogden’s “Light the World” Giving Machine campaign by completing the 777 Challenge. By purchasing one of every item available using the code “777,” Bank of Utah donated $1,320 to support individuals and families in need during the holiday season.
Members of Bank of Utah’s marketing team represented the bank at the Giving Machines in Ogden, purchasing one of each charity item available to support a wide range of meaningful causes.
The Giving Machines in Ogden offered visitors the opportunity to purchase life-changing items — including hygiene kits, meals, school supplies and livestock — for people in need. Bank of Utah’s contribution supported local nonprofit partners such as Catholic Community Services, YCC Family Crisis Center, Midtown Community Health, Ogden School Foundation and Weber School Foundation, along with several global organizations.

The Giving Machines traveled to multiple communities throughout Utah during the holiday season, creating opportunities for individuals, families and businesses to participate in meaningful giving.
Bank of Utah's Megan Kenley and Austin Maiberger volunteered their time and talents through marketing efforts to support the Giving Machine program.
Sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Light the World Giving Machines make charitable giving simple and transparent, with one hundred percent of donations going directly to participating charities.
Through its participation in the Giving Machine campaign, Bank of Utah joined communities across the state in supporting meaningful causes and spreading generosity throughout the holiday season.
