To help save time, submit your information online. A new accounts representative will review your information and then contact you to set up an appointment to complete the account opening process. Please Note: This is only the first step in opening an account. To apply you must be a resident of the State of Utah and be at least 18 years of age.

To complete the application process, you and any additional signers will be required to visit a Bank of Utah branch to sign the application. You will need to bring two forms of ID. Your forms of ID must be an unexpired government issued identification evidencing residence, DOB and bearing a photograph (State-Issued Drivers License, State ID, Passport or Military ID).
