Bank of Utah Adds New Retail Banking Experts to its Team
OGDEN, Utah - March 4, 2013
Locally-owned and operated Bank of Utah has increased its ranks with pros who offer specialized retail banking skills and experience.
Eight-year lending expert, Jill Lawrence has joined Bank of Utah, to head up consumer lending services for the 60-year old community bank, in the main Bank of Utah branch in Ogden. Lawrence brings a vast knowledge of financial institutions and specializes in working with people and developing creative ways to satisfy their lending needs. She worked most recently for a local credit union as a consumer loan underwriter and a lead service representative and loan officer. Lawrence has a BS in psychology from Weber State University and an Associate of Sciences in biology from the College of Eastern Utah. She loves traveling, reading, music and the outdoors.
Nineteen-year banking expert, Ryan Granquist, has been hired to serve as vice president and branch administrator at the main branch. Granquist is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He most recently worked as market support consultant in retail banking for Wells Fargo in areas of compliance, internal controls, loss prevention and customer service. Granquist holds a BS from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He resides in Clinton and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
