Bank of Utah announced the addition of a new mortgage loan production office in Cache Valley. The Bank of Utah Logan City Center, 45 East 200 North, will house eight
mortgage loan originators and processors. Russ Piggott, one of the highest producing loan officers in Utah, will head up the office as branch manager. This team of mortgage
loan originators and processors were formerly affiliated with MetLife, which is currently discontinuing its home loan line of business.

success with this line of business, and we look forward to being even more productive with the addition of this well established and experienced team of loan officers in the Logan

quickly, which is Bank of Utah's real differentiator in the market," added DeFries.
Bank of Utah's new Logan City Center Mortgage Loan Branch will offer construction lending, Jumbo financing, Utah Housing loans, USDA Rural Housing loans, FHA/VA, 203k loans,
Fannie Mae HomePath and Government HARP programs.
